BOUNCE Generator mural
Like all our murals, the new ground floor Bounce Generator mural takes inspiration from its surroundings and from local history!
Circles represent marbles from Akron’s history of being the “Marble Capital” and creating the first marbles in 1884. They are also direct references to the marbles at work stations in the space.
Background elements were inspired by Grant Ederer’s one of a kind ceramic pots that live in front of the mural.
Plant life was selected from Feng Shui principles to symbolize “persistence and good luck” (Snake plants) and “money and good fortune”(Monstera).
Colors were selected to compliment the surrounding space and Sabertooth chose a lot of pinks to serve as compliments to the plants and green life on the first floor and to help further activate the space with bold colors.
Sabertooth thinks of Bounce Innovation Hub as being the facilitators of Persistence, Good Luck, Good Fortune, and Bold Ideas and hope this mural reflects our shared goals as a creative business.
